What does it mean to be USDA and Canadian certified Organic?
The product must have an ingredients list and contents must be 95% or more certified organic.
The remaining 5% may only be foods or processed with additives on an approved list.
The product must be free of, and ingredients must be grown or processed without, synthetic additives like pesticides, chemical fertilizers and dyes
The product must not be processed using industrial solvents, irradiation, or genetic engineering (GMOs).
More than 95% of ROAR Organic’s ingredients are certified organic.
What are Electrolytes?
The Science Class Answer: A chemistry professor would define “electrolytes,” as compounds which produce ions when dissolved in a solution such as water. These ions have either a positive or negative electrical charge, which is why we refer to these compounds as electro-lytes.
The Real World Application: In the world of nutrition, the word “electrolyte” is used more specifically to refer to minerals dissolved in the body’s fluids, creating electrically charged ions. They are the minerals responsible for keeping the body properly hydrated so your muscles and nerves function properly, so you can make moves and do more.
Simply-Put: Electrolytes = faster hydration. The electrolytes in ROAR Organic come from an Organic Coconut Water and Sea Salt base and are vital for the normal functioning of the human body.
What are Vitamins are in ROAR Organic and what are their benefits?
VITAMIN B3, B5, B6
As a group, B-complex vitamins are essential for:

What natural sweeteners are used in ROAR Organic?
ORGANIC STEVIA
is a naturally occurring plant extract from the sunflower family that has been used for centuries in South America.
Not all Stevia is the same. The Stevia used in ROAR Organic is certified Organic by the USDA and is extremely low in carbs & calories.
ORGANIC ERYTHRITOL
is a naturally occurring plant-based sweetener derived from corn.
Similar to the Stevia we use, the Erythritol in ROAR Organic is certified Organic by the USDA which means it is from NON-GMO corn.
Organic Erythritol is absorbed into the blood-stream and then passes through our systems unchanged, so it does not have any calories or affect on blood sugar.
ORGANIC CANE SUGAR
Organic cane sugar is unrefined sugar grown Organically.
Compared to white sugar, organic cane sugar is much less processed, retaining a lot of the nutrients present in cane juice including 17 amino acids, 11 minerals and 6 vitamins & antioxidants.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Most low / 0 calorie beverages use artificial sweeteners like Sucralose and Aspartame. Some use Erythritol and Stevia, however, it is very rare that they are Organic like in ROAR Organic.
Why are flavours listed on the front of the bottle not always on the ingredient list for ROAR Organic?
ROAR Organic derives its natural flavours from fruits and vegetables (e.g. mango or clementine) for flavouring the drinks.
The term natural flavour means the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavouring constituents derived from (in this case) a fruit or vegetable, whose significant function in food is flavouring rather than nutritional.
Therefore some fruit flavours are not listed as juices in the ingredients deck given they are covered by natural flavours.
Is ROAR Organic Non-GMO?
Yes. The use of genetic engineering, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs), is prohibited in organic products. This means an organic farmer can’t plant GMO seeds, an organic cow can’t eat GMO alfalfa or corn, and an organic soup producer can’t use any GMO ingredients.

Is there Caffeine in ROAR Organic?
No, ROAR Organic is caffeine-free. Feel free to drink it all day and night!
Does ROAR Organic need to be refrigerated?
While we recommend you enjoy ROAR Organic chilled, it is shelf-stable and does not need to be refrigerated.

Where do you ship?
We ship ROAR Organic to most locations across Canada.
Note: If we are unable to ship to your postal code, you will be notified within 2 business days of placing your order and a refund will be issued.
ROAR Beverages Canada Corp. does reserve the right to deny shipment to specific locations. You will be contacted if this is the case.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
What is your return Policy?
Given the nature of the product (beverage), ROAR will not take returns once item has shipped, unless it is an issue caused by ROAR.
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. ROAR Beverages Canada Corp. will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged product.
Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it.
Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
What do I do if I never received my order or it was defective?

Can I get overnight delivery?
We as brand are conscious of our carbon footprint. By eliminating overnight, we are doing our part to reduce air carbon across the country.

Can I order more than 10 cases?
We are excited that you want to order more ROAR than what we offer in a one time order on the website. Please contact sales@drinkroar.ca and we will organize it for you in a pinch.

Where is subscription delivery available?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we can only offer subscription delivery services in Ontario (ON) and British Columbia (BC). We understand that this may be disappointing for customers outside of these regions who are interested in subscribing to our services. However, please be assured that expanding our subscription delivery to more locations is a top priority for us. We are actively exploring options and working towards making our subscription services available in additional provinces and territories in the near future.
